Returns will be accepted subject to product being returned sealed in the same packaging and not tampered with, if returned on account, the relevant paperwork should be completed with your Sales Rep.

 We are proudly registered with a Global Food Safety certification allowing us to Blend, Manufacture and Distribute our products.

Our products all have a Batch Number, this includes all raw materials used in production, this allows us to closely monitor and track materials used in the unlikely event of a quality problem.

1. Training can be arranged if required, our Sales Reps can help customers with any requirements.
2. Do you make custom blends? – We can blend custom batch packs and seasonings for customers, these are subject to MOQs and signed NDA if necessary.

Orders placed will be invoiced and delivered as per account terms, delivery days will be advised in advance. Collections can be released once paid for, this can be via EFT or at our store.

Yes we do.

1. We do not sell Atchar, we only sell the raw materials (Spices, seasonings, additives, oleoresins) to add to your mangoes.

Yes we do, anyone can buy instore from our shop in Pretoria north or contact us for courier options.

We sell in 1kg packs and bulk (mostly 25kg bags).
