Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, residing in South Africa. Employees of Northern Food Ingredients (NFI) or any of their family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Competition Period: The competition will run until 14 September 2024 (“Closing Date”).
  3. How to Enter:
    • Purchase the “Big 5 Steakhouse Grill 500ml Seasoning” product during the competition period;
    • Post a photo of the product on Northern Food Ingredients’ Facebook page, including the slip provided with the purchase; or
    • Send the photo via WhatsApp to 076 011 6431.
  4. Entry Requirements:
    • Each entry must include a clear image of the “Big 5 Steakhouse Grill 500ml Seasoning” product and the accompanying slip;
    • Entries must be submitted during the competition period;
    • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  5. Judging Criteria: A winner will be drawn from a box of entries. The judges’ decision is final.
  6. Winner Selection:
    • One winner will be selected from all eligible entries;
    • The winner will be announced on Northern Food Ingredients’ Facebook page on 15 September 2024 (“Announcement Date”);
    • The winner will also be contacted by telephone to confirm their identity and prize details.
  7. Notification: Winners will be notified within two (2) business days after the Announcement Date and must respond to Northern Food Ingredients within three (3) business days to claim their prize. If the notification is not answered or prize is not claimed another draw will be made for a new winner after three (3) days.
  8. Prize Claim: The winner’s name, photo, and contact information may be used for promotional purposes by NFI without additional compensation or notice.
  9. Dispute Resolution: All disputes arising from this competition will be resolved in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
  10. Privacy Policy: By participating in this competition, entrants agree to Northern Food Ingredients’ privacy policy and consent to their personal data being used for marketing purposes.

Additional Rules:

  • NFI reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
  • Entrants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when entering the competition.
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not meet the entry requirements will be disqualified.
  • The winner’s prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
