It is also widely used for pork spare ribs to give it the traditional pink colour when cooked or fried.  Dosage: 20 gram / kg product

Sodium Metabisulphite (Chipwhite)

SO2 Code: CHEM010S Packaging: 1 kg Usage: 7.7 gram / 10 liter water. Solution sufficient for 10 kg of vegetables. Add the vegetables to the solution. Stand for about an hour, remove and fry ( chips) or freeze for further use later.
